摘要:
随着机械化水平的提高,机在煤矿系统中发挥着越来越重要的作用,随之而来的是机械设备故障增加,导致机械伤害事故日益增多。研究以提高煤矿建设中机器可靠性为主要目的,分析影响设备可靠性的因素,利用模糊综合评价理论,建立煤矿机器系统可靠性的多因素多级模糊综合评价模型,在实例中对机器设备的可靠性程度进行综合评价,找出影响其可靠性的薄弱环节,并提出提高煤矿机器可靠性的相关措施。
Abstract:
With the improvement of the mechanization level,machine in the coal system is playing an increasingly important role,followed by increase of machinery and equipment failures,leading to growing of mechanical injuries.Research is to improve machine reliability in coal mine construction,analysis of factors affecting equipment reliability,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,establishing coal mine machine multivariate multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of system reliability,comprehensive evaluation of reliability of machinery and equipment,identify their weaknesses in the reliability,and put forward related measures to improve the reliability of coal mine machinery.
