摘要:
通过对大断面全煤巷道高冒区特点和影响煤炭自燃因素的分析,根据多孔介质流体动力学、传热和传质理论,建立了高冒区松散煤体自然发火过程三维数学模型。以枣泉煤矿11201面巷道高冒区为例,利用Fluent软件进行了数值模拟,得到了遗煤不同时间各位置的温度场和氧浓度场分布,分析了高冒区自然发火的过程及高温区域的移动规律,明确了高冒区松散煤体的中下部区域为最易自然发火区,是现场防治高冒区自然发火的重点区域。现场实测数据验证了数值模拟结果的合理性。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of characteristics of the top-coal caving region of full seam roadway with large section and factors of coal spontaneous combustion, the 3D mathematical model of spontaneous combustion of loose coal in the top-coal region was proposed using the theories of fluid dynamics in porous medium, heat transfer and mass transfer. By using the Fluent software, the temperature field and the oxygen concentration field in different time and positions were obtained during the combustion process of loose coal in the top-coal caving region in 11201 workface of Zaoquan Coal Mine. Analysing the process of coal spontaneous combustion and the rule of high temperature region moved in the top-coal region,specifying the lower part of top-coal region is the most possible area where spontaneous combustion might take place,which is the key place to prevent the fire in the fields. The validity of the numerical simulation results is verified by the measured data.
