摘要:
煤矿安全质量标准化只停留在生产实践层面,理论体系尚不完备,工作规范还待完善。所提出的煤矿安全质量标准化建设原理,为煤矿安全质量标准建设工作提供重要的理论支撑,并推动我国煤矿安全生产迈上新台阶。
Abstract:
The coal mine safety quality standardization still stayed on the level of production practice, the theoretical system has not yet completed, and the specification work still to be perfect. The principle of coal mine safety quality standardization construction proposed in this paper, provide an important theoretical support to the construction work of coal mine safety quality standards and promote China's coal mine safety production to a new level.
