摘要:
急倾斜煤层综放面顶煤弱化是实现安全高效开采关键技术之一。水平分段放顶煤开采已成为乌鲁木齐矿区目前采用的主要开采方式。以乌鲁木齐矿区急斜特厚煤层高阶段综放开采问题为研究背景,通过对碱沟煤矿东三+564 mB3+6综放工作面煤层赋存与开采条件调查,辨识了影响安全开采的灾变源,实施了顶煤超前预爆破弱化工艺,并采用多种监测手段,保障了安全开采。
Abstract:
The weakening of top coal in steep and thick coal seam is one of the key technologies to achieve safe and efficient exploitation. Currently,the horizontal section of top coal caving as a scientific method of mining in steep seam has become the only used method in Urumqi coal region.Based on the research background of high section and mechanically caving mining problems on the process of mining in Urumqi steep and thick seam, according to a comprehensive survey of mining conditions of east No.3 face in Jian-gou mine +564mB3+6 coal seam,analyze the source of danger that may induce danamic disaster in caving mining process,optimize and implement the advanced pre-blasting programe.Variety of fileld monitoring methods are adopted to achieve safe mining.
