摘要:
从软破围岩剪胀变形平衡理论出发,结合隧道工程实例,运用理论分析、数值模型和现场监测的手段,研究了软破围岩隧道在开挖过程中随着支护强度的不同,围岩峰后剪胀变形的力学特征和对围岩的控制作用。结果表明,软破围岩隧道峰后剪胀变形的时间和空间效应非常明显,易产生过大的位移和应力,并导致围岩或支护结构破坏。隧道浅部围岩剪胀剧烈,深部剪胀较弱,随着隧道围岩半径的增大,浅部围岩膨胀快速下降,深部下降较慢。随着支护强度的提高,围岩位移随开挖半径的增加由陡急逐渐变得平缓。采用软破岩峰后剪胀变形模型进行分析,弥补了弹塑性理论在计算软破围岩变形缺陷,更能反映隧道围岩变形与支护对软破围岩稳定性和变形控制的作用。
Abstract:
Based on the Theory of Weak Rock Rockbolt Displacement and combined with Yehuling No.2 tunnel engineering examples,the authors made a research and analysis on the effect of the release of displacement of surrounding space near soft rock tunnel, using theoretical analysis and site monitoring.By this way, reasonable choice of supporting time can be made according to surrounding rock creep curves. Results show that obvious time and space effect after the soft rock tunnel excavation will easily produce displacement and rock creep can cause damage to surrounding rock or retaining structure.Due to the existence of soft rock breaking properties, reasonable secondary supporting time can be worked out through site monitoring and theoretical calculation according to the displacement curve.This method is better than the past supporting time determined by experience or analogy method, and related design parameter and the actual inspection data coincide very much.
