摘要:
根据新疆焦煤集团艾维尔沟矿区25112工作面所采的5#煤层大倾角、硬顶、软底、软煤的实际情况,采用相似材料模拟实验,对综放开采时上覆岩层沿倾斜方向上的运移(破坏)特征进行研究。研究表明,在大倾角煤层综放开采过程中,工作面顶煤或顶板的运移是不对称的,且在破坏方式上也有区别。上覆岩层的运移是一个空间问题,包括了上覆岩层的垂直于岩层的弯曲下沉—破断—回转,还包括沿工作面倾斜方向和垂直于工作面倾斜方向的运移。顶煤和上覆岩层垮落后,会沿工作面倾斜方向向下滚(滑)动,堆积于工作面下部和中部,形成非对称的充填带。所得结果对现场开采具有一定的指导作用。
Abstract:
According to the geological conditions of the steep inclined seam with hard roof,soft floor and soft coal of 25112 fully-mechanized caving face of Aiweiergou in Xinjiang coking coal group, application of similar simulation in research on overlying strata movement(failure)property in 5# fully-mechanized caving mining. The movement of top coal or floor in the working face is asymmetric during the fully mechanized caving mining in steep inclined seam,and the form of failure is different. The movement of overlying strata is a space problem,including the overlying strata of the bend perpendicular to the sink,breaking,turning,but also along the tilt direction and perpendicular to the tilt direction of the working face. After the collapse of top coal and overlying strata,they will roll downward along the tilt direction of the working face and accumulate to the middle and lower of the working face,and form asymmetric filling zone.The obtained results can offer references to exploitation on the spot.
