摘要:
新疆焦煤集团2130平硐煤层大倾角煤层顶板坚硬,易形成大面积悬露,严重影响矿井安全生产,本文运用物理相似材料模拟实验和三维数值模拟研究手段,分析研究了坚硬顶板预爆破弱化顶板变形破坏规律,并结合坚硬顶板深孔超前预爆破机理,提出了“非等长多炮孔、非均匀大药量、高层位低震动”坚硬顶板超前爆破弱化方法,实现对坚硬顶板进行控制性处理,降低顶板强度,消除顶板大面积悬露和冒落产生的冲击性矿压显现和由此导致的工作面围岩灾变隐患。
Abstract:
The large area hanging arch is easily formed in hard roof of steeply dipping seam mining, which influences the safety in production. Using physical simulation experiments and numerical simulation technology, analyzed the deformational and destructive law of hard roof, in which the technology of deep hole advance preblasting is used, and then based on the mechanism of deep hole advance preblasting in hard roof, put forward the preblasting and weakening method of multiblasthole with nonequallength, large dose with nonhomogeneous, and high strata layer with lower shake, achieved the controllinghandling the hard roof, reduced the strength of roof, and avoided the hidden danger of large area hanging arch and big lumpiness caving.
