摘要:
运用模糊综合评价模型,对某煤矿3下531薄煤层工作面地质条件进行了工艺性评价,证明了其进行综采的可行性,并对该工作面进行设备配套选型及生产现场实测。结果表明设备选型合理,工作面“三机”运行状况良好,达到了高效、安全的生产目标。该生产实践的成功对该矿区及其他同类矿区薄煤层开采的方法选择和设备选型具有普遍的指导意义。
Abstract:
Based on the fuzzy comprehensive assessment model, the geological conditions of thin coal seam working face 3xia531 in a coal mine is evaluated, and the feasibility of fully mechanized mining is proved. Then, the equipment selection and field measurements are taken on the work face. The results show it′s reasonable for the equipment selection, and the Three Machines (hydraulic support, shearer, conveyor) at working face are working well, so the production goal of high efficiency and safety is achieved. Thus, the success of production practice has a universally guiding significance to equipment and mining craft selection for thinbed mining in this mine field and other similar mine fields.
