摘要:
土地资源是矿产资源开发、城市发展等一切活动的载体。矿业城市土地资源的合理开发、集约化利用是实现矿业城市可持续发展的基础。本文中以兖州市为例,采用层次分析法与多因素综合评价法相结合的方法对建设用地集约利用进行了评价,所得结论较为科学,为其他城市建设集约用地提供了依据
Abstract:
Land resource is the carrier of mine resource exploitation and city development. Reasonable exploitation and intensive utilization of land resource is the basis to realizesustainable developmentof mine cities. Taking example for Yanzhou city, the authors take advantage of Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)and many-factor synthesis appraisement method to appraise intensive utilization in build-up lands. The result is can provide reference for intensive utilization in build-up lands in other cities.
