摘要:
中国煤炭资源分布不均,东部大部分浅部煤炭资源基本开发殆尽,而西部煤炭资源勘探程度仍然偏低,中国煤炭资源的禀赋特点决定了中国随着西部大开发的实施,西部地区一方面要向东部输出资源,以承接东部资源产能的不足,另一方面西部经济和社会发展对能源的需求也在加大。更为重要的是国家对“山水林田湖海”等环境保护力度的不断加大,煤炭资源的保障能力与勘查工作也需要探索新时代下新的思路和方法。从保障中国主体能源安全的角度出发,基于中国煤炭资源分布特点及勘查现状,分析了煤炭资源接续潜力和保障能力,认为新形势下煤炭资源勘查工作仍然需要加强,未来煤炭资源勘查工作要加大对中东部深部资源的勘查,以保障资源持续接续,同时,勘查工作的重心需要有序向西部转移。从这个意义上讲,今后中国煤炭地质勘查工作发展的思路,应重点加大对绿色煤炭资源评价和深部煤炭资源勘查、矿井隐蔽地质灾害探测、煤系共伴生矿产协同勘查、矿区环境承载能力与矿山环境治理及生态修复等方向的研究。
Abstract:
The distribution of coal resources in China is uneven,most of the shallow coal resources in the East are exhausted,and the exploration degree of coal resources in the West is still low.The distribution characteristics of China's coal resources determine that western resources should be transported to the East to solve the shortage of resources.At the same time,the demand for resources in economic and social development in the West is also increasing.More importantly,the country's environmental protection of mountains,water,forests,fields,lakes and seas continues to increase.The protection and exploration of coal resources also needs to explore new ideas and methods in the new era.Based on analysis of the status of coal resources exploration and the characteristics of resource distribution in China,this paper analyzes that the potential and support capacity of coal resources,and believes that coal resources exploration still needs to be strengthened under the new situation.It should increase the deep coal resource exploration in Mid-Eastern to ensure the sustainable resources in the future.At the same time,the focus of the exploration needs to be transferred to the West in an orderly manner.In the future,the development of China's coal geological exploration should focus on the evaluation of green coal resources and the exploration of deep coal resources,the detection of mine hidden geological disasters,the coordinated exploration of coal-related associated minerals,the environmental bearing capacity of mining areas,the environmental management of mines and ecological restoration.
