城市道路交通系统是城市规划重要组成部分,单一的道路评价体系已经无法满足城市规划的需求。在保护历史遗迹的前提下,为了有效的解决并完善城市交通评价体系中现存在的问题,从而提出了一种以历史遗迹保护为目标的自适应反馈道路交通系统评价方法,通过建立主干道网络影响因子、道路运输影响因子、历史遗迹影响因子,结合道路网与对外交通设施比重、道路系统与城市用地布局、道路系统功能分工与结构等参数指标,利用层次分析法与调查法,实现对西安城市交通系统的规划评价。该评价方法可以为城区道路交通规划提供动态评价量值。通过对湘子庙地区和长安大学渭水校区的道路交通数据进行评估,分析结果表明上述所提出的评价方法可以有效实现历史遗迹区域与非历史遗迹区域的综合道路交通评估。评估方法可以有效协调解决西安的历史遗迹保护和城市交通系统开发的矛盾,合理提升与改善西安的交通系统冗余度,对西安城市基于历史遗迹保护的交通规划具有参考价值。
Abstract:
Urban road traffic system is an important part of urban planning,and a single road evaluation system has been unable to meet the requirement of urban planning.In order to protect historical sites under the premise of urban traffic evaluation being an urgent need to solve the existing problem,this paper proposes an adaptive feedback road traffic system evaluation method aiming at the protection of historical sites.Taking Xi'an urban area as an example,we establish impact factors on the main road network,road transport and historical sites,combine the proportion of road network and external traffic facilities,and road system and structure,and make use of AHP and survey method to realize the planning and evaluation of Xi'an urban traffic system.The evaluation method can provide dynamic evaluation value for urban road traffic planning.The road traffic data of Xiangzimiao and Weishui Campus of Chang'an University are evaluated using the method.The results show that the evaluation method proposed in this paper can effectively realize the comprehensive road traffic evaluation of historical relics and non-historical relics.It can effectively coordinate and solve the contradiction between the protection of historic sites and development of urban transport system in Xi'an,and reasonably enhance and improve the redundancy of traffic system.It has a reference value for Xi'an's urban traffic planning under the protection of historic sites.
