摘要:
脆弱性为生态环境、自然灾害、全球变化及可持续等学科领域的研究热点。采用脆弱性的新视角研究系统安全问题,近些年在安全科学与工程领域的生产安全和公共安全等方面越来越受到关注。基于国内外各学科领域脆弱性研究文献资料的回顾,梳理国内外各学科领域对脆弱性研究的定义、来源、理论模型、评价方法、指标体系及指数计算方法,进而对其定义、特征要素、模型及评价方法进行评述。目前安全科学与工程领域脆弱性研究虽然取得一定进展,但尚未形成成熟的定义,脆弱性特征要素研究有待开展,可行有效的评价模型和适合的评价指标体系有待发展。未来,需要借鉴其他学科领域成熟的脆弱性理论成果,在已有研究基础上结合生产安全和公共安全的特点,逐步完善规范脆弱性的定义,深化脆弱性特征要素研究,建立系统、可行的脆弱性评价模型和综合的脆弱性评价指标体系,从而丰富安全科学理论体系,为提升生产安全和公共安全提供依据和指导。
Abstract:
Vulnerability research is a hot issue in the fields of ecosystem,natural disaster,global change and sustainability.In recent years,vulnerability theory is used to study system safety from a new perspective,and it has drawn more and more attention in aspects of production safety and public safety in safety science and engineering.Based on the domestic and foreign literature on the subject of vulnerability research,the definition,characteristic elements,index system,index formula and the evaluation method of vulnerability theory are reviewed.At present,although some progress has been made in the field of safety science and engineering vulnerability research,no mature definition has yet been formed.Research on the characteristic factors of vulnerability is yet to be carried out.In the future,it needs to draw on the mature theory of vulnerability in other disciplines,combine the characteristics of system safety with existing research,perfect the definition of vulnerability in safety engineering,establish a systematic and feasible evaluation model and comprehensive evaluation index system to enrich the theoretical system of vulnerability,and provide the basis and guidance for enhancing research of safety science and engineering.
