摘要:
为有效控制大断面采动影响煤巷围岩变形和实现支护结构体在围岩控制过程中的持续稳定,提出了锚索槽钢梁桁架非对称支护技术。首先,基于王家岭煤矿20103工作面运输巷地质条件,建立了锚索槽钢梁桁架非对称支护结构力学模型,掌握了非对称支护顶板弯矩分布规律,得到了顶板弯矩减小最大区域距窄煤柱帮2.4 m处。其次,采用数值模拟分析方法对锚索槽钢梁桁架非对称支护参数进行了优化,确定了桁架偏心距为500 mm,锚索长度为8 m,桁架跨距为1.5 m等关键参数。最后,在20103工作面运输巷开展了工业性试验分析,工程应用效果表明,在锚索槽钢梁桁架非对称加固下,巷道围岩变形对采动影响的敏感性减弱,巷道围岩变形量较小,保障了20103工作面高强度安全高效回采。
Abstract:
To control the surrounding rock's deformation of large section coal roadway affected by mining and to realize the sustainable stability of the support's structural morphology during the process of surrounding rock controlling,the cable-girder-truss asymmetric support technology was proposed.Firstly,based on the geological conditions of the No.20103 coalface transport lane in Wangjialing coalmine,the structural mechanics model of the “cable,U-bar and bean” truss asymmetric support was established,and the distribution regularity of the roof bending moment was obtained,and the distance was 2.4 m between the maximum decrease of the roof bending moment and the narrow coal pillar.Secondly,the asymmetric support parameters were optimized by the method of numerical simulation,and the truss eccentricity was 500 mm,and cable length was 8 m,and the truss's span was 1.5 m.Finally,industrial test analysis was carried out in the No.20103 coalface transport lane,and the engineering application effect shows that under the “cable,U-bar and bean” truss asymmetric support,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock becomes less sensitive to the mining influence with less deformation in the roadway surrounding rock to ensure the No.20103 coalface was mined intensively and effectively.
