摘要:
近年来,全国煤炭行业告别了“黄金十年”,进入了煤价低、需求缓的时期,促使煤炭企业不得不对当前的形势及未来的发展做出客观、理性和长远的思考。长期以来,煤炭开采与利用的粗放型发展模式不能与环境和社会和谐共融,导致了矸石山、矿区污水和大气污染等严峻问题。为了探究煤炭行业长远发展道路,通过分析煤炭开采对环境造成的影响和治理对策,提出了“煤炭绿色战略”的3个要点,即煤炭绿色开采、煤炭污染物绿色处理及绿色矿区建设战略,阐释了基于创新观念和高新科技的矿区环保新观念,为煤炭行业的绿色开采和转型发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
In recent years,the coal industry of China has turned from the “Golden Decade” to an economic period which is characterized by low prices and low demand of coal,making coal enterprises to take objective,rational and long-term consideration for the present situation and the future development.For a long time,the extensive development mode of coal mining and utilization can not be harmonious with the environment and society,and leads to serious problems such as coal gangue,mine water pollution and air pollution. In order to explore a long-term development way of coal industry,through analyzing the effect of coal mining on environment and the key point of contaminant dispose,we put forward the three points of “Coal Green Strategy” which are green mining,green dispose of coal contaminant and construction strategy of green mining area,and the new concept of coal mine environmental protection based on innovation concept and high-tech is explained.It provides references for green mining and transition development of coal industry.
