摘要:
中国煤矿安全生产形势虽有好转,但依然严峻,由人的不安全行为而导致的煤矿事故时有发生。为了减少煤矿重大事故的发生,就必须预防和控制煤矿工人的不安全行为。文中分别从内在和外在2个层面对影响矿工不安全行为的因素进行深入分析,并对各因素之间的相互关系提出假设,进而根据假设,构建矿工不安全行为影响因素概念模型。运用结构方程模型对矿工不安全行为影响因素概念模型进行验证,最终得出矿工不安全行为影响因素指标体系。采用网络层次分析法计算所构建指标体系中各指标的权重,并进行重要度分析。该研究有利于制定更有针对性的不安全行为预防措施,也有利于提升煤矿的安全管理水平。
Abstract:
Abstract:Although the current safety production situation in China's coal mines is getting better,it is still severe.Due to the unsafe behaviors of coal miners,accidents of coal mine occurred frequently.In order to prevent and control the unsafe behaviors of coal miners,it is a basic way to reduce coal miner's fatal accidents.This paper presents a deep analysis of the influential factors of coal miners' unsafe behaviors from two aspects:internal level and external level,and puts forward hypothesis according to the relationship between all factors,and then in the light of the hypotheses,we construct the conceptual model of influential factors of coal miners' unsafe behaviors.In this paper,applies structural equation model to the empirical research on the conceptual model and finds the influential factors index system of coal miner unsafe behaviors.We determined the weight of factors index system by using the method ofANP and analyzed the importance of factors index.The research are helpful to develop more targeted prevention measures for unsafe behaviors and improve the level of safety management in coal mines.
