摘要:
为提高煤炭资源回采率、延长矿井服务年限和实现厚薄煤层间合理配采,开展了近距离煤层群下伏厚煤层综放开采下上行开采可行性研究。基于燕家河煤矿近距离煤层群5-1,5-2及8煤地质条件,采用理论分析、物理模拟、数值模拟和现场实测等研究方法分析了8煤综放开采采场覆岩运移规律及破断特征,掌握了上覆5-1,5-2煤层与岩层的破坏特征及变形规律,确定了5-1,5-2煤层上行开采可行性。研究表明,8煤覆岩冒落带高度为16~26.7 m.5-1煤位于8煤裂隙带下层位,处于8煤冒落带之上,5-1煤及其顶底板虽有明显弯曲变形下沉,但无台阶错动,整体连续性好。5-2煤位于8煤裂隙带与冒落带过渡层位,接近8煤冒落带; 巷探表明了5-2煤处于整体下沉,顶底板无台阶错动,整体连续性较好。除内错采空区0~25 m的5-1,5-2煤层破坏较严重外,其余范围的5-1,5-2煤层结构连续完整,均可上行开采。
Abstract:
To improve the coal resources recovery rate,extend the mine service life and realize the reasonable mining between thick coal seam and thin one,the ascending mining feasibility study was carried outon conditions of the underlying thick coal seam of the closed distance seam group with fully mechanized caving.Based on the geological conditions of the close distance coal seam group in Yanjiahe coalmine,the overlying strata migration regularity and fracture characteristics of the No.8 coal seam was analyzed by methods of the theoretical analysis,physical simulation,numerical simulation,and field measurement.The failure characteristics and deformation regularity of the No.5-1 and No.5-2 coal seam and rock strata were mastered,and the ascending mining feasibility of the No.5-1 and No.5-2 coal seam was determined.The result shows that the height of caving zone of No.8 coal seam is 16 to 26.7 meters.The No.5-1 coal seam,which locates in the lower position of the fracture zone of the No.8 coal seam,is on the top of caving zone of the No.8 coal seam.The No.5-1 coal seam and its roof and floor have obvious bending deformation with no steps dislocation,and the continuity of the No.5-1 seam is good as a whole.The No.5-2 coal seam,which locates in the transition position between the No.8 coal seam's fracture zone and its caving zone,is close to the No.8 coal seam's caving zone.Exploration entry shows that the No.5-2 coal seam sank as a whole,and its roof and floor have no step diastrophism,and its integral continuity is relatively good.The No.5-1,5-2 coal seam is feasible for mining,except for the area interior goaf 0 to 25 m.
