摘要:
随着无线通信技术的普及与应用、电子产品高频化、数字化、小型化的发展趋势,使得电子设备间的电磁屏蔽问题更加突出。屏蔽箱技术是行之有效的屏蔽方法,然而,实际中常用于散热、过电缆等的功能性孔或孔阵必然造成电磁泄漏。因此,现今对影响电磁屏蔽效能的相关因素的研究和分析提出了更高的科学性。在简要介绍了电磁屏蔽效能的计算方法的基础上,针对带孔缝箱体内电磁场,详细分析了使用电磁仿真软件HFSS计算其电磁屏蔽效能的方法及结果。得出了一般性结论:箱内与孔缝距离不同的点,距离孔缝越远,屏蔽效能越好; 屏蔽效能圆形孔缝和正方形孔缝大小相仿,三角形孔缝位列次席,而长方形则居于末位; 孔缝越小,屏蔽效能越好; 长方形孔缝的长短边的比值越小,箱体屏蔽效能越好; 孔阵间距越小,屏蔽效能越好; 开孔数量越多,屏蔽效能越好。
Abstract:
With the popularity and applications of Radio Communications Technology,and the trends of high frequency,digitization and miniaturization of electronic products,electromagnetic shielding problems of electronic equipment become more prominent.Electromagnetic shielding box techniques are effective shielding methods.However in practical cases,functional apertures or aperture arrays which are usually used in radiating and passing cables will inevitably result in electromagnetic leakage.Therefore,higher scientification of studies and analysis on the related affecting factors to the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness is required.Based on the brief introduction of the principle of the calculation methods of shielding effectiveness,the calculation and method of shielding effectiveness(SE)of the inside field of boxes with apertures by the electromagnetic simulating software HFSS is studied.This paper draws a general conclusion: the farther away the points in the box from apertures,the better the shielding effectiveness(SE)is; SE of circular apertures and square apertures is the best,triangle the third and the rectangle follows; the smaller apertures is,the better the SE is; the smaller the ratio of the length and width of the rectangular apertures is,the better SE is; the smaller the aperture spacing of array is,the better the SE is; the more the apertures are,the better SE is.
