摘要:
建立简单力学模型对过网兜中心的一根网丝进行力学分析,探究受载后网丝的拉力分布和下沉量,并分析其影响因素。发现金属网受载后,网丝拉力分布和变形存在规律。不与岩石接触部分网丝为直线,其拉力处处相等。与岩石接触部分网丝为弯曲状,其下部拉力最小,向上部逐渐增大。网丝下沉量与网丝长度成正比,比例系数为下沉角的正切值。网丝的下沉角仅与载荷、网丝的弹性模量和网丝的直径有关,与载荷呈现正相关,与网丝弹性模量和直径呈现负相关。网丝单位强度承载能力随应变的增加而增大,其增大速率却不断减小。不同几何尺寸的悬露面,其受载变形及拉力分布规律也不同,短网丝的所受拉力大于长网丝。通过以上研究,以期对锚网支护经纬网的使用提供指导。
Abstract:
Set up simple mechanics model.Carry out mechanics analysis for a mesh wire which through the center of net to explore the tension distribution and deflection of the mesh wire when it withstand the load,and analyse the influential factors.Find that after metal net loaded the tension distribution and deflection of mesh wire are regular.The part of the mesh which don't contact with rocks is straight,the tension is equal everywhere.The part of the mesh which contact with rocks is curve,the tension of under segment is minimum,the tension increases upwards gradually.The deflection of the mesh is directly proportional to mesh length,proportionality coefficient is the tangent of the subsidence angle.The subsidence angle is positively related with the load,negatively related with elasticity modulus and mesh wire diameter.The unit strength carrying capacity increases with the increase of mesh strain.The increase rate is falling.Different geometric dimension has different regular.The tension of short mesh is greater than the long wire mesh.
