摘要:
为研究急斜特厚煤层开采扰动区(Mining Disturbed Zone,MDZ)内煤岩动力学灾害控制问题,综合利用现场声发射(Acoustic Emission,AE)与光学钻孔影像(Borehole Optical Image,BOI)技术方法,并依托乌鲁木齐矿区急斜特厚煤层煤岩体动力学灾害控制为工程背景,揭示了急斜特厚煤层开采环境条件下深部开采扰动区结构演化特征。结果表明:急斜煤层深部煤岩破裂与变形过程中“波-力”指标演化分为5个阶段(初始压密→破裂萌生→破裂加速→整体破坏→能量急剧释放); 开采扰动区内覆层煤岩体局部动态演化特征显著,主要表现为局部应力畸变诱发煤岩体整体结构失稳和致灾; 煤岩体变形破坏致灾是开采深度、煤岩体禀赋性、顶底板夹持结构及应力非对称效应共同作用结果,为急斜特厚煤层动力学灾害预报预测提供依据。
Abstract:
Controlling dynamical instability of coal and rock mass in mining disturbed zone(MDZ)is a significant task of safe mining relating to steeply dipping heavy thick coal seams.Aiming at the dynamic hazards controlling goal of coal-rock mass in Urumqi coal field,this paper focused on the revealing of structure evolution characteristics for mining disturbed zone.The results show that process of dynamical deformation and cracking in coal and rock mass is defined as five stages,which are initial compression,cracking producing,cracking acceleration,overall damage and energy rapid releasing.Local dynamical deformation of overlying stratum in coal and rock mass is particularly obvious within EDZ,which would result in structure instability and hazards.Coal and rock mass failure disaster in deeper MDZ related to mining depth,essential of coal and rock,roof and floor grip and their asymmetric dependence of structure and stress.Those provided some theoretical evidence for prediction and controlling of dynamical hazard in steeply dipping heavy thick coal seams.
