摘要:
随着中国科学技术和社会经济的快速发展,国家电网建设规模也在不断的扩大,10 kV中压配电网已经越来越难以满足负荷发展的需要,为国家电网的长远发展,必须采取措施优化及改造现有的中压配电网。国外已广泛采用20 kV电压作为新的中压配电电压,对于我国采取何种电压等级最优,则需要建立完整的分析模型,从经济性和社会性等角度对我国电网电压等级序列进行论证。通过对国内外电网及电压等级序列发展的充分调研,并结合国家电网的实际情况,提出了中压配电网电压等级优化的方案,然后分别建立电网规模估算模型、投资费用估算模型、占地面积估算模型,将优化方案与现使用的电压等级方案从电网规模、投资费用、占地面积3方面进行比较,得出最优化方案为:500/220/20/0.4 kV.最后依据不同情况,提出了具体的改造方法。建立了3种估算模型,考虑的因素更加全面,而且具有很好的适应性,对相关实践具有较大的意义。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of China's science and technology and social economy as well as the gradual expansion of the construction scale of State Grid,it becomes more difficult for 10 kV medium voltage distribution networks to meet load development requirement.For the long-term development of State Grid,it must adopt measures to optimize and transform the existing medium voltage distribution networks.Foreign countries have widely used 20 kV voltage as the new medium distribution voltage.As to which kind of voltage class is optimum for China,a complete analysis model needs to be set up to demonstrate China's network voltage grade from the perspective of economy and sociality.Through full survey on the development of power grid and voltage grade and based on the actual situation of State Grid,the voltage grade optimization program was put forward for medium voltage distribution networks.Then power grid scale estimation model,investment cost estimation model,and floor area estimation model were established to make a comparison between the optimization program and current voltage grade program from the perspective of power grid scale,investment cost,and floor area,and obtained the best optimization program: 500/220/20/0.4 kV.Finally,according to different local conditions,we propose concrete transformation methods.The three estimation models established in the paper take more comprehensive factors into consideration,which are highly adaptive with great significance for relative practice.
