摘要:
基于蓝牙无线传感网络设计实现了病人身体状态实时监控系统,目的是实时监测病人的各项生理状态参数,了解病人院外活动过程中的身体状态,保障病人的安全。通过基于蓝牙传感器的病人身体状态采集系统、无线通信系统、病人监护中心3个部分实现了病人身体状态实时监控系统。病人身体状态采集系统通过蓝牙无线传感器对病人的主要生理参数和运动参数进行不间断的实时监测,并借助便携式监护通信终端,将病人的各项数据传输给医院监护中心; 监护中心接收来自各病人的数据并存储在数据库中,实时判断病人的身体健康状态,有异常时及时预警,另一方面,可在需要时以图形化的方式显示病人各项生理参数的变化,以提供给医生进行分析。研究结果表明,该系统能够实现对远程病人身体状态的实时监护,经过对样机系统的测试,该系统实现了对病人生理参数的实时采集、传输和存储,并可在心率异常时实时预警,有比较重要的实用价值。该系统还可以加入运动传感器、定位系统和信息融合算法来实现对病人的定位和跌倒监测,以帮助病人在出现异常状态时能够迅速得到救治。
Abstract:
For monitoring the physical condition of outpatient,and keeping patients safe,the physiological parameters of the outpatients need to be known continuously.In this paper,we introduced a monitoring system based on Bluetooth wireless sensor,and it can be used to monitor the physical condition of outpatient.The monitoring system is made up of three main subsystems:physiological parameters acquisition system based on Bluetooth sensors,Bluetooth data receiver and transmission terminal,and the monitoring center for outpatients.The physiological parameters acquisition subsystem gets the main physiological parameters and human body movement parameter continuously with Bluetooth sensor.The physiological parameters from acquisition subsystem are received by the Bluetooth unit,and it will be sent to hospital monitoring center via transmission system.The hospital monitoring center receives the data from each terminal and save them to database.The prototype system can complete main expected functions,it is very useful for outpatient monitoring.
