摘要:
在土地资源定级过程中,因素因子权值的确定直接影响着定级结果的准确性。为避免单一赋权法带来的误差,在研究常用的2种确定因素因子权重方法——特尔斐法与熵权法的基础上,提出了一种基于组合赋权法的土地资源定级因素因子权值的确定方法。该方法将特尔斐法与熵权法结合,首先分别使用特尔斐法、熵权法求出对应权值; 然后建立合适的数学模型,并利用该模型计算特尔斐法、熵权法的系数; 最终根据组合赋权法公式得出权值结果。研究表明,组合赋权法既避免了特尔斐法人为主观性过强的缺陷,同时又避免了熵权法无法体现决策者对不同因素的重视程度的缺点。该方法不仅反映了专家的理论知识与经验,也充分利用了收集到的客观样本数据,使因素因子权值的确定更加切合实际,从而使后续的土地资源定级结果更加合理。最后将该方法应用于甘肃省会宁县的土地资源因素因子权值的计算中,结果表明该方法比单一的特尔斐法或熵权法准确性更高。
Abstract:
The factors' weight affects the accuracy of the classification results of land resources gradation.After studying on two common factors determining factor weighting method-Delphi method and Entropy method,and avoiding errors caused by single-weighting method,presents a method of measuring the factors' weight of land resources gradation based on a combination weighting approach.This approach combines the Delphi method and entropy method,first calculate the corresponding weight using Delphi method and Entropy weight method,then use the mathematical models we have established to calculate the coefficient of the Delphi method and entropy method,finally we get the combination weighing results.Studies showing that the combination weighting approach avoids the shortcomings about the subjectivity of Delphi and the entropy weight method cannot reflect the degree of attention of the decision maker to different factors.The combination weighting approach not only reflects the theoretical knowledge and experience of experts,but also makes full use of the objective data,so the factors is more realistic,then the subsequent land resources grading results will be more reasonable.In the end,we applied the combination weighting approach in the calculation of land resources factor weights of a county of Gansu province.The results show that this approach is more accurate than the single method of Delphi method or Entropy method.
