摘要:
以金庄煤矿8203工作面为工程背景,通过统计工作面煤层钻孔资料,运用趋势面分析方法预测5(3~5)#煤层厚度变化趋势,得到煤层厚度趋势面方程,采用F法检验煤层厚度趋势面拟合度,最后采用工程验证方法证明了趋势面分析方法预测煤层工作面煤厚变化规律的正确性和可靠性。结果表明:一次趋势面方程拟合度41.31%,四次趋势面方程拟合度74.79%,工作面开采期间钻探钻孔数据验证显示和四次趋势面方程预测数据最大正负误差率为-9.5%和9.1%,最小正负误差率为-1.6%和0.8%,且与实际钻孔测量煤层厚度吻合; 四次趋势面方程计算得到工作面平均采出率84.14%,顶煤回采率81.71%; 实际工作面回采率为85.24%,顶煤回采率80.69%,两者误差率为1.29%和1.26%.趋势面分析方法预测工作面煤层厚度变化规律是正确可靠的。
Abstract:
Based on engineering practice in 8203 working face of Jinzhuang coal mine,through the statistics of working face coal seam borehole data,predicting thickness change trend of 5(3~5)# coal seam by using the trend surface analysis method,trend surface equation of coal seam thickness has been obtained.The coal seam thickness trend surface fitting degree has been checked by extraction ratio F.Finally,using the engineering verification method to prove validity and reliability of predicting coal seam thickness changing law by trend surface analysis.Four conclusions were drawn: First trend surface of coal seam fitting degree is 41.31% and fourth is 74.79%.During working face mining,the maximum plus or minus error rate is 9.1% and -9.5%,the smallest positive and negative error rate is 0.8% and -1.6%,and consistent with the actual drilling measuring of coal seam thickness.Fourth trend surface equation calculation indicates that the average recovery coefficient is 84.14% and the top coal recovery rate is 81.71% in working face.The actual recovery coefficient is 85.24% and the top coal recovery rate is 80.69% in working face,both error rate is 1.29% and 1.26%.It is correct and reliable to predicte coal seam thickness changing law by trend surface analysis.
