摘要:
为解决土压平衡盾构机在掘进过程中容易出现主驱动密封失效,造成盾构机主轴承损坏的难题。通过理论分析和现场测试相结合的方法,介绍了主驱动密封的工作原理,分析了主驱动密封损坏的原因。认为:VD密封采用粘结方式安装,容易造成应力集中发生断裂,唇形密封和密封衬套采用丁晴橡胶的材质,在高温条件下极易造成磨损失效; 提出了改造方案:将密封材质改为耐高温、抗疲劳的含氯的合成橡胶,VD密封采用压板方式,使密封与壳体的结合更加可靠,避免了密封局部受力不均导致的断裂失效。通过后续实体工程的应用检测,再没有出现过密封损坏事故,达到了密封改造技术研究的预期效果。结果表明:密封材质、安装方式及密封油脂是影响主驱动密封工作状态的关键因素,在盾构机的选型设计过程中应引起高度重视。
Abstract:
In the earth pressure balance shield machine tunneling process,it is easy to happen that shield main bearing is damaged,owing to main drive sealing failure.In order to solve the problem,using the method of combining theoretical analysis and field testing,introducing the principle of main drive sealing,the main drive seal damage reason is analyzed.VD sealing with adhesive mounting prone to be destroyed for the stress of concentration occurs.The lip seal and sealing bushing using NBR material is extremely easy to cause the wear failure in the condition of high temperature.The improved plan is proposed: changing the seal material into chloric synthetic rubber with the characteristic of high temperature resistance and anti-fatigue.VD sealing installation uses pressing mode that will make the combination of seal and shell be more reliable,and it also avoid the fracture failure of seal caused by uneven force.Through the application and detection of subsequent practical engineering,seal damage accident disappears,and the plane has achieved the expected effect of sealing modification technology research.The results show: sealing material,installation form and sealing grease are key factors,which influence the working status of the main drive sealing.This should be paid high attention in the process of type selection design of shield machine.
