摘要:
为了解决陕北浅埋煤层中小煤矿开采时具有矿压显现剧烈、工作面支护难度大、顶板岩层控制难度大等问题,本文在以往提出的间歇式采煤方法的基础上,分析了间歇式采煤间隔煤柱、临时煤柱的作用,提出了这2种煤柱的应力监测站布置方法、监测设备、监测结果的应用,并利用顶板位移传感器和顶板压力传感器对煤柱的应力分布进行了监测,发现煤柱应力出现了缓慢增加、快速增加和缓慢降低的过程,并以此为依据对隔离与临时煤柱的稳定性做出进一步的分析研究,结果表明:间歇式采煤过程中,隔离煤柱的合理留设能够基本控制浅埋煤层矿压显现剧烈等矿压问题,研究结论对神府矿区长壁开采具有一定的理论指导意义。
Abstract:
When mining Shanbei middle and small coal mine's swallow coal seam,there are some problems,for example,mine pressure appear sharply,working face support is difficult,roof strata control is difficult and so on.The article analyzed the function of interval coal pillar and temporary pillar on the basis of the methods of mining at intermission before,put forward the application of the two coal pillar's stress monitoring station lay-out,monitor equipment,monitor result,and so on,and inspected the coal pillar stress distribution by the use of roof displacement sensor and roof pressure sensor,the result is that coal pillar stress is on the process of increasing slowly,increasing quickly and declining slowly,analyzed further the stability for interval coal pillar and temporary pillar.Results show that isolated coal pillar of reasonable design,can control the shallow buried coal seam mine pressure appear severe problem when intermittent mining,research findings have important theoretical significance of Shenfu long wall mining.
