摘要:
为使煤矿应急预案知识可以被消防、公安和医疗急救等部门充分共享和利用,辅助应急救援指挥人员在应急响应过程中做出快速、准确的决策,提出了采用本体技术来描述应急领域知识的煤矿应急预案数字化开发思路。通过抽取煤矿安全事故应急领域的部分概念, 借助本体工程提出“顶层本体+领域本体”的双层本体模型构建方法,构建煤矿应急预案本体CERPO模型。该模型可以对煤矿应急预案领域知识进行语义表达,实现了领域知识的共同理解和共享。在此基础上,采用XML Schema作为应急预案存储模型,开发了煤矿数字化应急预案原型系统,实现了对煤矿应急预案的编制、审核、存储、浏览及智能查询等功能。
Abstract:
In order to make the knowledge of coal mine emergency plan fully shared and used by fire control department of public security and emergency medical treatment etc,and assist emergency rescue command personnel in emergency response process to make rapid and accurate decision,this paper has put forward a digital development thought of coal mine emergency plan which uses ontology technology to describe the emergency domain knowledge.With drawing the part of concepts of the field of coal mine safety accident emergency,the “top level ontology and domain ontology” double method of building ontology model is proposed and CERPO model is constructed.The semantic expression of coal mine emergency field knowledge can be achieved as well as the common understanding and sharing of domain knowledge.XML Schema has been adopted as the emergency plan storage model.The prototype system of digital coal mine emergency plan is developed to achieve digital storage,browse and query of emergency response plans.
