摘要:
中村钒矿矿石开采过程中,出现了采空区矿石自然发火现象,采空区漏风强度大,火区范围大且位置模糊,在灭火过程极易发生爆炸,严重危胁着钒矿的安全开产。本文在分析钒矿矿石特征及物质成份的基础上,掌握了钒矿自燃的机理和燃烧特征。根据钒矿采空区着火的特点,利用液态二氧化碳对火区进行治理,设计了液态二氧化碳释放工艺及管路的布置方案,确定了液态二氧化碳的注入量。通过对钒矿采空区自燃火区进行有效的隋化和降温,抑制和熄灭了火灾,保障了矿山的安全生产。
Abstract:
Goaf ore appeared the phenomenon of spontaneous combustion during the mining of the Zhongcun vanadium ore. For goaf air leakage serious and fire area large and position ambiguous, vanadium mine can easily explode in the process of fire extinguishing, which is a serious threat to the safety production of vanadium ore. Based on the characteristics and material composition of vanadium ore, mastered the spontaneous combustion mechanism and combustion characteristics of vanadium ore. According to the characteristics of vanadium ore goaf firing, we used liquid carbon dioxide to management fire area, designed the release process of liquid carbon dioxide and pipeline layout program, determined the injection amount of liquid carbon dioxide. By effective cooling and sui-oriented for vanadium ore goaf fire area, suppressed and extinguished the fire to protect the safety production of mine.
