设计了一种酒窝状换热板,利用Fluent软件对酒窝板、平板及波纹板的换热及压降特性进行了模拟,对这3种板在不同流速下板间流道内壁面平均换热系数、换热量、平均努塞尔数以及摩擦阻力的变化特性进行了对比分析。结果显示:酒窝板在强化换热能力的同时其压力损失也会增大,但从单位体积换热量来看其具有较大优势,在实际应用过程中选取酒窝板式换热器时一定要考虑其经济性; 在考虑了泵功率消耗时酒窝板的热效率与波纹板的热效率很接近。但酒窝板在制造工艺上具有加工方便、不易变形、承压能力强等优点。综合评价,酒窝板的经济适用性高于波纹板。
Abstract:
Design a type of dimpled plate heat exchanger, then simulate heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of dimpled plates, flats and corrugated boards by the Fluent software. Analyze the change characteristics of the three boards on wall average heat transfer coefficient, heat exchange, the average Nusselt number and friction resistance in different flow in the plate channels. The results show that the pressure loss will increase when the dimpled plate heat exchanger enhances heat transfer, but it has a larger advantage from the point of unit volume heat exchange so its economy must be considered when choosing dimpled plate heat exchangers in the application. Thermal efficiency of dimpled plates and corrugated boards is very close in considering the power consumption of the pump. But the dimpled plates are tractable, not easy to deform and compressive in the manufacturing process. The comprehensive evaluation is that the economic applicability of dimpled plates is higher than corrugated boards.
