摘要:
人为因素是导致中国各类煤矿安全事故的重要原因,为了寻求解决这一问题的有效办法,在对煤矿从业人员实验基础上建立了以能力与非能力因素为基本内容的人为事故预防指标体系,并对这一技术指标体系的科学性进行了实践验证.提供了煤矿从业人员人为事故预防技术指标与方法,包括能力测验、兴趣测验和人格测验3者组合而成的共性指标与涉及机械和空间能力、感知运动能力等专业指标的测评方法.
